This page outlines our shipping policy, including domestic and international shipping conditions, fees, and customs duties regarding SSG Online Shop (swimsuitgxxx.com).
1. 国際配送のお客様へ / For Our Global Customers
配送料は商品の重量により計算され、決済前のチェックアウト時に確認いただけます。
Shipping fees are calculated based on item weight and displayed during checkout before payment.
関税等、発送先の国の法律に準じる税金はお客様のご負担となります。特に英国・EU・南米など、税関が厳格な地域の方は事前にご確認ください。
Any customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility. This applies especially to regions with strict customs such as the UK, EU, and South America.
荷物を受け取り拒否された場合、返金は「商品代金−送料」とさせていただきます。
If you reject the shipment, we will refund the product price minus shipping fees.
配送業者の送料変動により、追加送料が発生する場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。
Please note that additional shipping fees may apply due to courier price fluctuations.
2. 日本国内のお客様へ / For Domestic Customers in Japan
日本国内への配送は以下の通りです：
Domestic shipping within Japan is structured as follows:
- 対面受け取り：ヤマト運輸 600円（税抜）660円（税込）
- ポスト投函：日本郵便 300円（税抜）330円（税込）
- 18,000円（税抜）以上のお買い上げは送料を弊社負担で発送いたします。
日本全国一律料金でご提供しております。
Flat rates apply across all regions in Japan.
送料無料はREALISEの月額メンバー限定のサービスとなります。
Free shipping is available exclusively to REALISE monthly members.
3. 配送日数 / Shipping Times
すべての配送は兵庫県の物流拠点より行われます。
All shipments are processed from our logistics center in Hyogo, Japan.
ご注文から3〜5営業日以内に出荷されます（在庫状況により変動あり）。
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days depending on stock availability.
EMS配送の場合、主要都市への到着目安は1週間程度です。
EMS typically delivers within one week to major cities in the US, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
急ぎの場合は、DHL・UPS・FedExなどを使用する場合もあります。
We may use DHL, UPS, or FedEx for expedited delivery based on destination and logistics needs.
4. 配送対象国 / Countries We Ship To
日本郵便の制限国を除き、基本的に世界中に発送可能です。
We are happy to ship globally except to countries restricted by Japan Post.
5. 関税等の追加費用 / Additional Costs
再掲：関税や輸入税などの追加費用はお客様負担です。
As mentioned, all customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
荷物受け取り拒否時の返金は、送料を差し引いた金額とさせていただきます。
Refunds for refused packages will exclude shipping costs.
※海外からのご注文においても、商品が衛生商品（水着）であるため、お客様都合による返品は受け付けておりません。
※For international orders as well, due to the hygienic nature of swimwear, we do not accept returns based on personal preference.
If the item is defective or incorrect, we will issue a full refund including shipping.
お客様のご都合による返品は受け付けておりませんので、ご注文前にサイズ・仕様等をご確認ください。
Returns due to change of mind are not accepted. Please check the product details carefully before ordering.
