ご注文について / Orders

Q. 注文後にサイズやカラーを変更できますか？
A. 商品出荷前であれば可能な場合があります。すぐに hello@swimsuitgxxx.com までご連絡ください。
Q. Can I change the size or color after placing an order?
A. If the item hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Q. 注文確認メールが届きません。
A. メールアドレスの入力ミスや迷惑メールフォルダをご確認ください。それでも届かない場合はご連絡ください。
Q. I didn’t receive an order confirmation email.
A. Please check for typos in your email address or look in your spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact us directly.

配送・送料について / Shipping & Delivery

Q. 日本国内の送料はいくらですか？
A. 日本国内は全注文送料無料です。配送方法はご注文内容に応じてポスト投函または対面受取となります。対面受取をご希望の方は、カートの備考欄にその旨をご記入ください。
Q. How much is domestic shipping in Japan?
A. Shipping is free on all domestic orders. Delivery will be via post box or in-person handover depending on your order. If you prefer in-person delivery, please note it in the cart's comment field.

Q. 海外への送料はいくらですか？
A. 配送料は商品の重量により計算され、チェックアウト時に確認いただけます。アジア圏（韓国・中国・台湾・東南アジア・香港）は¥25,000以上、その他の地域（欧州・米国・オセアニア・南米等）は¥38,000以上のご注文で送料無料となります。
Q. How much is international shipping?
A. Shipping fees are calculated based on item weight and shown at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders of ¥25,000 or more to Asia (South Korea, China, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong), and ¥38,000 or more to other regions (Europe, US, Oceania, South America, etc.).

Q. どの国に配送していますか？
A. 日本郵便の制限国を除き、世界中に発送可能です。
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we ship worldwide except to countries restricted by Japan Post.

返品・返金について / Returns & Refunds

Q. 商品を返品できますか？
A. 不良品・誤配送を除き、返品はお受けしておりません。衛生商品のため、開封・着用後の返品は不可となります。
Q. Can I return a product?
A. Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. Due to the hygienic nature of swimwear, used or opened items cannot be returned.

Q. 関税がかかりました。返金されますか？
A. 関税・輸入税はお客様のご負担となり、返金対象外です。
Q. I was charged customs fees. Can I get a refund?
A. Customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are not refundable.
